What Crossagent.si is
Crossagent.si is a Chrome extension and optional web dashboard that lets you route messages between AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others) from inside their native chat interfaces. Native routing sends your messages directly to the target AI's website tab using your own logged-in account — no API key, no token limits, no data passing through our servers.
What we collect
When you download or install Crossagent, we log: • A download event (timestamp, browser user-agent) when you click the download button • An install event (timestamp, extension version, your random user ID) when the extension is first installed When you use the optional Railway backend (API routing, memory storage), we additionally store: • Your user ID (a random string you generate or your Clerk account ID) • Messages routed through the API and the AI responses to those messages • Timestamps of interactions We do not collect: your real name, payment info (handled entirely by Stripe), browsing history outside of AI chat pages, or any data from native-routing sessions (those bypass our servers entirely).
Native routing — zero data collection
When you use native routing (the default — @claude in ChatGPT, for example), your message goes directly from your browser to the target AI's website tab. No data touches our servers. The only data stored locally is your panel history in chrome.storage.local, which you can wipe at any time by pressing ✕ in the panel.
Memory storage (Engram)
With your user ID configured, the extension stores a semantic summary of each API-routed conversation in our Railway database (PostgreSQL + pgvector). These summaries are used to provide context in future conversations. You can view and delete individual memories from the Memory tab in the extension panel or from the web dashboard at crossagent.si/memories.
Third-party services
We use: • Railway — backend hosting (messages stored in their PostgreSQL infrastructure) • Clerk — authentication for the web dashboard (governed by Clerk's privacy policy) • Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card details) • Groq — API-based AI responses when native routing is unavailable • Anthropic and Google — Claude and Gemini API responses
Data retention and deletion
You can delete individual memories at any time from the Memory tab or dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at privacy@crossagent.si with your user ID. We will process deletion within 30 days.
